What you'll be doing

– Handling all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing

– Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with general office duties
– Implementing and maintaining HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
– Assisting with the development and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management
– Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries and addressing any HR-related concerns
– Collaborating with the management team to identify and address organisational needs
– Administer on-boarding and off-boarding programs
– Maintain and update employees' personal files
– Manage payroll and commission calculation
– Work Pass Related Matters
– Process Staff Leaves in System
– Submission of government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Paternity Leave, and other related claims
– Provide support on office administrative matters
– Prepare and submit IR21 tax clearance & yearly IR8A filing and ensures the confidentiality of all salary and salary related matters.
– Manage the spectrum of payroll processing including preparation of payroll and CPF reports
– Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigne
