HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

– Assist in recruitment process including job posting, conducting interviews, on and off boarding of the candidates
– Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal and cancellation
– Issuance of all HR letter such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and etc
– Foreign worker medical insurance, security bond and etc.
– Assist in monthly payroll calculation and execution (salaries, leave and other compensation calculations) - SME
– Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
– Ordering of office stationaries, printer toner & pantry
– Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

– Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
– At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
