Project Manager (BTO)

Plan and execute project within time and budget allocated
Responsibility for Safety, quality, cost and progress
To ensure productivity and performance of staff as well as subcontractor
Plan and monitor all resources including materials, machinery and manpower to minimize/avoid the wastage
Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise as required on project.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Manage all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
Excellent client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations.
Strong ability in cost management and driving profitability while remaining in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure project plans are implemented on a timely, efficient and effective basis.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HDB BTO projects
Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management.
