The Talent
– A relevant degree with at least 7 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or the FMCG industry is preferred.
– Experience working in regional markets is advantageous.
– Exceptional ability to handle large data sets, conduct analysis, and a growth-oriented mindset focused on results-driven experimentation.
– Must be fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Mandarin essential for communication with regional offices and Chinese-speaking counterparts.
– Possesses strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility in managing roles and projects.
The Job
– Collaborate closely with local teams and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of brand strategies and communications, maximizing the impact of brand plans
– Develop and implement effective regional ATL marketing campaigns to achieve overall brand objectives.
– Lead market entry initiatives to accelerate growth in new regions
– Drive digital marketing initiatives with a focus on data analytics and ROI.
– Oversee the development and optimization of social media channels, brand/marketing websites, mobile platforms, and advertising strategies.
– Plan, lead, and execute marketing events and exhibitions.
– Create and manage digital assets, with hands-on experience in developing brand concepts, campaigns, and digital/social media content.
– Work with external media and creative agencies to develop assets and recommend improvements to media plans.
– Utilize Google Analytics (GA) to track metrics, proactively adjust assets, and refine media plans to meet pre-defined targets.
– Monitor the regional marketing budget, provide monthly reports on marketing effectiveness, and deliver weekly project status updates.
– Support the creation of marketing presentations and reports, including consumer analysis and monitoring new product performance against targets/forecasts.
– Conduct consumer landscape research, competitor analysis, and develop a comprehensive brand ecosystem.
