  • --Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for a financial consultancy company.
  • --Focus solely on appointment scheduling, with no sales involved.
  • --Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to build rapport and increase appointment success rates.
  • --Follow up on leads and provide regular updates to the team.

Requirements:

  • --Comfortable to make calls
  • --Able to communicate in Mandarin as may need to speak to China/Taiwan customers.
  • --Strong verbal communication skills.
  • --Proficient in MS Office
