RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Conduct outbound calls or be based inside client branch to assist walk-in clients.
– Ability to manage customer expectations and take ownership of customer requests
– Promote company product via telemarketing or via branch or roadshows
– Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management
– Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products
– To update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system

REQUIREMENTS:

– Exposure to customer-oriented environment and/or call center experience or roadshows
– Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
– Good listening skills
– Expert multi-tasker
– Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
